Returns & Exchanges — MENTOX

We want you to love your tin. If something isn't right, we'll sort it. Here's how it works.


The basics

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. After that window, we're unable to process refunds or replacements.


How to start a return

Reach out to us directly — we keep it simple:

When you contact us, include your order number, full name, email address or phone number, whether you'd like a refund or exchange, the reason for your return, and photos of any visible defects. We'll take it from there.


Condition of returned items

To be eligible, the product must be returned in its original condition — unused, in its original packaging with all tags attached. If the item has been used or damaged after delivery, we reserve the right to decline the return.


When we can't accept a return

We're straightforward about this:

  • You ordered the wrong size, even though a size guide is clearly available on the product page
  • The product was damaged after it was received
  • The defect wasn't reported with photos within 24 hours of delivery
  • The courier confirmed delivery — we aren't responsible for packages after confirmed delivery
  • You don't respond to our follow-up within 72 hours — we'll have to close the case

Exchanges

If you received the wrong size or a different product than ordered, we'll exchange it. The item must be returned within 30 days. We'll ship your replacement as soon as the return arrives and is inspected at our warehouse.


Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we'll process your refund within 30 days. Refunds go back to your original payment method. You'll need to provide a tracking number for your return shipment — without it, we can't confirm delivery and can't process the refund.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Use any carrier with tracking, and go for the cheapest option that covers you.

A note on product appearance

We describe our products accurately and in detail. That said, colours on screen can vary slightly depending on your device settings — this isn't a defect. Personal preferences about colour, texture, or aesthetics aren't grounds for a return.


Cancellations

Changed your mind immediately after ordering? You have 3 minutes from placing your order to cancel. After that, it's already in processing and we can't stop it. Check your order carefully before you confirm.


Disputes

If something went wrong, please contact us first. We're reasonable people and we'll do our best to make it right before you need to escalate anywhere else.
