Article 1 — Definitions

To keep things clear, here's what we mean when we use these terms:

Cooling-off period — the window of time in which you can change your mind and withdraw from your order. Consumer — you: a private individual buying for personal use, not for business purposes. Day — a calendar day. Right of withdrawal — your right to cancel a distance contract within the cooling-off period, no questions asked. Trader — MENTOX, the company selling you products through this store. Distance contract — any contract concluded online or remotely, without us being in the same room. General Terms & Conditions — this document.

Article 3 — Applicability

These Terms apply to every order placed with MENTOX and every distance contract concluded between MENTOX and the consumer. Before completing a purchase, you'll have the opportunity to read these Terms. By placing an order, you confirm that you've read and accepted them.

If any individual provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. We'll replace any invalid clause with the closest valid equivalent by mutual agreement.


Article 4 — The Offer

When an offer is time-limited or subject to conditions, we'll say so clearly. All offers are non-binding — we reserve the right to change or adjust them at any time.

Every product listing contains an accurate description of what you're getting. Images are as true-to-life as possible, but we can't guarantee that colours on your screen will match the physical product exactly — screen settings vary. This isn't a defect, and it's not grounds for a return.

Obvious errors or typos in pricing or product descriptions are not binding on MENTOX.

Please note: prices shown exclude any customs duties or import VAT that may apply in your country. Your courier or postal service will collect any applicable import fees at delivery. MENTOX does not charge VAT.


Article 5 — The Contract

Your contract with us is formed the moment you complete your order and we confirm it. Once you receive our confirmation, you're locked in — though you retain your right of withdrawal as described below.

All orders are subject to product availability. If something isn't in stock after you've ordered, we'll let you know and sort it out.


Article 6 — Right of Withdrawal

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind and return it — no reason needed.

During that period, please handle the product and its packaging with care. You can open it to inspect it, but don't use it beyond what's necessary to assess it. If you decide to return, the product must come back in its original condition and packaging.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us within 30 days at support@mentox.co. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to send the product back. Hold on to your proof of postage.

If you don't notify us within the 30-day window or don't return the product within 14 days of notifying us, the sale is final.


Article 7 — Return Costs

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, return shipping is at your expense. Once we receive the product back and verify its condition, we'll refund you within 14 days via your original payment method.


Article 8 — Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are personalised or made to your specifications, products that deteriorate quickly, sealed hygiene products that have been opened, or digital content where delivery has begun with your consent.


Article 9 — Pricing

Prices are fixed for the duration of the offer period unless VAT rates change. We're transparent about our pricing — what you see is what you pay, excluding any import duties your country may apply at the border.

All prices are subject to typographical errors. If we've made an obvious pricing mistake, we're not obligated to honour the incorrect price.


Article 10 — Product Quality & Guarantee

MENTOX guarantees that every product meets the specifications listed on the product page and complies with applicable legal standards at the time of sale.

Any defects or incorrectly delivered products must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order — with photos where relevant. Returns must be unused and in original packaging.

Our guarantee does not apply if the product has been modified, misused, or damaged after delivery.


Article 11 — Delivery

We process orders as quickly as possible — no later than 30 days from the order date unless we've agreed otherwise with you. If there's a delay or we can't fulfil your order, we'll let you know within 30 days and you'll have the right to cancel and receive a full refund.

Your delivery address is the one you provide at checkout. Once a package is handed to you or your designated recipient, risk passes to you.


Article 12 — Payment

Payment is due at the time of ordering. If you notice any inaccuracies in your payment details, let us know straight away at support@mentox.co.


Article 13 — Complaints

Something went wrong? Tell us within 7 days of spotting the issue — clearly and in full. We'll acknowledge your complaint within 14 days and respond with a resolution as quickly as possible.

If we determine your complaint is valid, we'll repair or replace the product at our discretion, free of charge.


Article 14 — Disputes

All contracts between MENTOX and the consumer are governed by Hong Kong law . If a dispute can't be resolved between us directly, it will be subject to the appropriate dispute resolution procedure.

If you intend to raise a chargeback or dispute with your bank, please contact us first at support@mentox.co. We're reasonable people — give us the chance to fix it before escalating.


Article 15 — Cancellations

You have 3 minutes from placing your order to cancel. After that, it's in processing and we can't stop it. Check your order carefully before confirming.


Article 16 — Payment Data (CESOP)

In line with EU payment regulations, payment service providers may be required to register certain payment data with the Central Electronic System of Payment Information (CESOP). This applies where relevant under applicable law.
