Shipping Policy — MENTOX


Processing time

Once your order is placed, we need 1–3 business days to process and prepare it. Orders placed on Friday evenings or over the weekend may take a little longer to get moving — we'll have it on its way first thing.


Delivery time

After processing, your order typically arrives within 5–9 business days. We ship via express delivery, so once it's out the door, it moves fast.


Shipping costs

Free. On every order. No minimum spend required.


Where our products come from

MENTOX works with a carefully selected network of manufacturers to bring you a product that meets our quality standards. Every item is inspected and tested before it ships. We only work with suppliers who take quality as seriously as we do.


Order cancellations

Once an order is placed, our system starts preparing it for shipment immediately. Because of this, we can't cancel orders once they're in processing — which happens fast. If something isn't right when your order arrives, our 30-day return process has you covered.


Uncollected packages

If your package can't be delivered and is held at a local post office or collection point, it's your responsibility to collect it within the time window given. If the package is returned to us because it wasn't collected, we're unable to issue a refund — but we can reship it at your expense. Just reach out and we'll sort the details.

If you'd like to dispute a non-delivery, you'll need to provide evidence that no proper delivery attempt was made.


Disputes & chargebacks

If something went wrong with your order, please come to us first. Reach out via email, explain the issue, and give us the chance to make it right. We respond within 24 hours, every day of the week. If we can't resolve it to your satisfaction, you're then free to escalate with your bank or payment provider.
